Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 


Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are liable for shipping costs for returns if the item is not defective. We will assume responsibility for shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  


Serenity Gold Organics LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items lost, stolen, or abandoned during shipping or missing items marked “delivered" by the courier. Once items leave our possession, the courier accepts responsibility for those items.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We only ship Mon-Wed to ensure freshness.  

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at serenitygoldorganics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, including original packaging. 

Once your return is reviewed and inspected we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection status of your request. If you are approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days processing time. 

This does not pertain to any items left neglected by the customer causing spoilage. 

SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

EXCHANGE

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. An even exchange will be processed and the same item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days of notice. Please send us an email at:
